This information does not apply to AB, FW, GM, JW, TEP, or Garfield because they have already sent out a form for permission to participate or are not going to participate at all (TEP/Garfield).
The original opt out form was contradictory/confusing. Therefore, please send this new form home today. It will require parent permission to participate in any outside viewing activities. If you receive a returned form that does not say “revised” at the top, then it is an old form and you will need to make parent contact in order to clarify the parent/guardian’s stance.
